Together, our united efforts will reinforce Palestine’s resilient innovation and startup ecosystem.

Implementation oversight will be conducted by the below outlined committees. Each committee and partner will play a critical role in the effective oversight of the RISE Palestine Initiative ensuring that the intervention meets the set objectives, i.e. supporting the tech talent and startups in Palestine through a structured, fair, transparent, and impactful approach.

Advisory Board

Bringing Guidance and Amplifying Impact.

The Advisory Board, composed of industry leaders and experts, will provide strategic oversight, support fundraising, advocate for the program, and advise on policy and compliance. The board will consist of the following members:

Ensuring Fairness and Just Support.

The selection committee, led by prominent figures from the ecosystem, is divided into two subcommittees, primary and secondary. The primary selection committee is responsible for evaluating applications and making recommendations on successful grant applicants. The secondary selection committee will step in to replace members of the primary committee in cases of conflict of interest with reviewed applicants.
